I ordered from kaboodle.com and was a little cautious at first because I hate taking chances on stuff that might feel cheap or poorly finished. But the quality was better than I expected. Everything felt sturdy, well made, and there weren’t any weird rough edges or flimsy bits. I’m happy with it overall and would feel comfortable buying from them again.

I got a flat pack from Kaboodle and it was easy to put together. The instructions make sense, and the parts were labeled well enough that I’m not sitting there guessing every five minutes. It did took me a bit longer than I planned, but that was more on me than anything. Once it was all done, everything lines up nice and felt really solid. I’d use them again

My order showed up on time, which was great, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better. The box was dented and one corner was ripped open, so my first instinct was to worry something inside got damaged. Luckily, everything was fine once I checked it, but it didn’t make the best first impression. Not a huge deal, I just wish they’d packed it with a bit more care.

I tried ordering from Kaboodle a few times, but the stuff I wanted was either out of stock or suddenly disappeared after I added it to my cart. I was kind of in a hurry, so it was frustrating having to keep checking and starting over. The site itself looks fine, but the stock info doesn’t seem very up to date. In the end, I just gave up and bought what I needed somewhere else.

I gave it 4 stars because my order from kaboodle.com came exactly as expected, isn’t that half the battle? Everything I needed was in the box with no missing parts, which I’d been a bit worried about. The packaging was fine too. The only thing I’d say is the delivery updates could’ve been a bit clearer, because who doesn’t like knowing where their order is? Overall though, I’m happy with it.

I’m not exactly amazing with that kind of stuff, but the instructions were clear the whole way through. The measuring and layout steps actually made sense, and I always knew what I was supposed to do next. Sure, I had to double check a few things, but that’s normal with a kitchen order, not really the site’s fault. Overall it was simple and saved me a lot of guessing, so I’m happy with it

Customer service was helpful and did get everything sorted in the end, though it took a bit longer than I expected. I just wish the instructions had been clearer from the start, because that would’ve made the whole process a lot smoother.
